A crunchy salad I like to serve with barbecues. You can use any sort of nuts and they can be raw or roasted. If salted, don't add the extra salt in this recipe.
Ingredients:
1-1/2 cups grated carrots
1 cup sultanas
1/2 cup finely chopped celery
1/2 cup chopped nuts
1/3 cup mayonnaise
1 tsp sugar
1/4 teaspoon salt
Method:
combine the carrots, sultanas, celery and nuts in a serving bowl
mix the mayonnaise, sugar and salt
add the mayonnaise to the salad and mix well.
